This project was designed as a bottom up process where the enthusiasm, ideas and experience can bearfruit.

So while I write about the project description, the final outcome will mostly depend on the creativity of al of us. The topics we want to cover gravitate around biodiversity.

We want to integrate some important methods: the use of digital tols, outdoor learning, physical activity(ranging frm not sitting at one’s desk for 40 minutes to playing games outside)and learning 21 st century skills such learning by doing, analysing a deluge of information or cooperating both outline and in real life.

Turpinām vērot, kā aug mūsu augi, un aizpildām augu pases. Vislabāk aug . . .

3.c klasē Tās atrodas pie loga, kur ir pieatiežami daudz saules gaismas.
Baziliks fotogrāfijā izskatās krāsni, taču ir ļoti kaprīzs, prasīgs, aug lēni.
2.b klases skolēni un klases audzinātāja rūpīgi pieskata to.
10. maijā 3.b un 3.c klases skolēni iesēja tādas pašas puķes skolas puķu dobē, lai turpinātu novērošanu un varētu secināt, kā aug minētie augi ārā un iekštelpās.

Spring is in bloom!

Greeting from Latvia!
The 3rd grade of Ostwald School sowed their potted plants.
We had a hard task to choose as there are hundreds of beautiful plants. We have chosen African marigold because they are widely available and undemanding. They are also hardy and bloom from June until autumn frosts in September or even October.
